- As a general rule, tickets are non-refundable, except as provided for in this policy or as required by law.
- We recommend that you check your order carefully before purchasing.
- Refunds
- Refunds are only granted in specific circumstances, e.g. if the event is cancelled, dates are changed, or technical issues prevent you from attending the event.
- If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price or an alternative solution (e.g. rebooking for a different date). Fees will be refunded at our discretion.
- Refunds are processed exclusively via the original payment method and are completed within 7–14 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited may vary depending on the bank.
- If you wish to request a refund due to a cancellation or change, please contact us, stating your order number and the relevant event.
- Returns and exchanges
- Digital tickets (e-tickets): As a rule, it is not possible to return or change the type of ticket. In the event of obvious errors or duplicate purchases, we will consider individual solutions.
- Physical tickets: Returns are only possible within the statutory time limits and provided the original packaging is intact and the ticket is valid.
- Cancellation by the buyer
- Cancellations made by you are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we will consider individual solutions.
- Special conditions
- Group or early bird offers: Refunds are subject to the respective terms and conditions of the offer.
- Prices, fees and payment methods may vary depending on the event. You can find all relevant information on the event page and in your order confirmation.
- How to request a refund
- Log in to your account and view your order.
- Select “Request a refund” and follow the instructions.
- Alternatively, contact our customer service team with your order number, the event name and the reason for the refund.
- Processing times
- We process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to appear on your payment method.
