Between Heaven & Earth
As human beings, we find ourselves emotionally ‘between heaven and earth’ time and again. It is in this space that our experiences—such as happiness, gratitude, awe and peace, right through to feelings of pain, farewell, loss and grief—bring us together.
In her solo programme ‘Between Heaven & Earth’, concert harpist Doesjka van der Linden weaves her own experiences from the golden landscape of farewells with works by great composers such as J.S. Bach, J.P. Sweelinck, Christian Gernot Nagel and Vardaped Komitas.
